The Future and The Past (poem) Lyrics by @MERCEDESSSSS

poems 101

2022

I sit and think what would happen if i could change the past
Would it mess up the future?
Would me telling me you how i really felt mess up the future
If I went back in time to change a few things, how much would it change the future?
The past is the past for a reason but sometimes i wanna change it all
If i could change everything the first i would change would be the past
The past holds a lot that belongs in the future with me
If the new generation and old generation met, what would happen?
Would they tell us that doing what we’re doing is wrong? Or would they fight over right and wrong?
They keep changing the past which is why the future generation doesn’t know the truth about it all
