Big Plans Lyrics by MRG (@mrg)

Live from the Hurst 2

2019

[Intro]
It’s like the energy around you…
The energy around you is like… it's like the shit you manifest
So I try and keep my head up and let my niggas know…
[Hook]
I got big plans, nothing but big plans
Riding ‘round the city disappointed like Knicks fans
Feel like I’m trapped in quicksand, but I can’t quit fam
‘Cause nigga I got big plans, yeah I got big plans
I see the devil asking me if he could have this dance
I’m on the road girl but I’ll love you from a distance
Is anybody listening, I hope that you listening
Just know that I got big plans, yeah I got big plans
But ya don’t hear me
[Verse]
Raising my funds like a presidential candidate
Love is free dog so why would I ever plan to hate
Queens prodigy I wreak havoc like it’s Planet Apes
I roll Mobb Deep, so man it’s straight
Ugh damn it’s late, four AM and I finally left Mostwanted crib
I strive to make life decisions that ain’t gon’ haunt the kid
Said we just trying to live nigga fuck a suit and tie
I be talking on all these songs like it’s just you and I
All these records sitting on the shelf
Getting to my mental health
Fuck the fame let’s maintain and get the wealth
This piece of paper therapy I grab the pen and jot
Just a young king who looking for his Coretta Scott
I swear I shed a tear when Nipsey died
So sick to my stomach dog I felt like shit inside
Motivated to be a better man
Stack and get this cheddar fam
The marathon continues that’s forever fam, said I got...
[Hook]
Big plans, nothing but big plans
Riding round the city disappointed like Knicks fans
Feel like I’m trapped in quicksand, but I can’t quit fam
‘Cause nigga I got big plans, yeah I got big plans
I see the devil asking me if he could have this dance
I’m on the road girl but I’ll love you from a distance
Is anybody listening, I hope that you listening
Just know that I got big plans, yeah I got big plans
But ya don’t hear me
