Don’t Compare’m Lyrics by Novi Novak

Hibernations Over

2013

Intro:
Yea, Fuck your mom BITCHES Oh... Oh that's why
Da da duh da da dada they ain't fuckin with me
I got the notion that uh...
They mouths is open and uh...
All thats just talkin when uh...
They ain't comparin' to me!
[Verse 1]
This for the ones who comparin me
Cause apparently you got emotions and deal with 'em terribly
Ironic everytime you hearin me
You want me to get ghost yet you already scared of me
I ain't trippin' though, hates expected
Before the hate there was more important shit hectic
Style neglected, called TOO eccentric
They invited me to fail, and I refused to accept it
Then the bars got crazy as ever, word play crazy clever
Like never say never when never was ever supposed to be said, digest
Why you should never say never UNLESS, it's "never the less" I'm like
Please try to stay up with it
Been at this for 7 and a quarter like pay rates and caps fitted
I rapped with it 'til my pockets get fat kidded
Then play dodge ball or have a heart attack with it
[Hook]
I got the notion that uh...
They mouths is open and uh...
All thats just talkin when uh...
They ain't comparin' to me!
I got the notion that uh...
They mouths is open n uh...
All thats just talkin when uh...
THEY AINT COMPARIN TO ME!
THEY AINT COMPARIN TO ME!
THEY AINT COMPARIN TO ME
Take a closer look and you'd see
THEY AINT COMPARIN TO ME
[Verse 2]
By the time the second verse come round
Lots of muhfuckas prolly went and turned me down
But real recognize real so turn me up
And if you turn me down, I don't give a fuck!
This, too rich to poor-ticipate/participate
And thats word play, case you caught that late
I, hurt the rest, work towards the best
My heart beat for Chicago because its literally Midwest/mid-west
Where I'm from man,m the pistol pop
You better shoot, get shot, run or end up locked
It's so unorthodox but fuck the cops
Jail just made me careful, it ain't make me stop
I'm still paid and it's often spoke
The kid that needed his life fixed is half as broke
Im 'bout to run all this, can't tell me shit
8 gallons of flow and I ain't spilled a drip
[Hook]
[Verse 3]
I ain't mean to hurt feelings feelings
Honestly "look" Im just bein real man
All these rappers workin half as hard
Thats why I turn you off half way through your bars
They got a few buys that don't make them better
Platinum artist barely put rhymes together
Heard ya whole mixtape "look put down the pen"
It was 50 minutes long sounds like you wrote it in 10
But me? See a booth, see a beat, and the song done
Marathon rappin, tryin to be in it for the long run
Reason they on dumb, but reason I'm on, SON!
Make my dad proud like YOU would if you lost'em
The lyrics was TOO deep, too much to touch
So I dumbed it down so much now it ride the short bus
But still ain't nothinlike me feel free to explore
Only thing this new still shits its drawers
[Hook]
[Outro]
Gottm... Swag City!
