Plague Lyrics by Nox Novacula

Feed The Fire

2024

This plague of men
This plague of men
This plague of men
Their time is fleeting
This plague of men
They hunt us into shadows
They bring with them
Their weapons and their pain
We sacrifice
Our mothers and our sisters
But they don’t know
What beasts lie wait in children
They bring the fire which will sedate us
While sleeping beasts lie wait in children
When they break through our lines
Open up and smile
Feed the fire
It’s almost over
Anothеr tyrant will rise
We’re choking on his liеs
Feed the fire
It’s almost over
A child was born
We lead him to the altar
An offering
In penance for our sins
We can survive
On the whispers of the young ones
For they can never know
What beasts lie wait in children
We won’t submit to their masters
While sleeping beasts lie wait in children
When they break through our lines
Open up and smile
Feed the fire
It’s almost over
Another hero dies
We’re laughing at their cries
Feed the fire
It’s almost over
