Temptation Lyrics by Oddysy & Prophet

Angels and Demons

0

[Verse 1 - Oddysy]
Yeah I'm no stranger to temptation
I've been through situations
The life I have liven has given me
So much patience now listen
Ima tell you a story of a kid on a mission
Sixteen writing dope sixteens just envision
On a cold winter night's
When the bold winner fights
But these gold diggers might
Try to conform my fate
Cold weather had me searching for warmer place
But no vacation my destination
Was born in haste
See I was looking for a outlet for hatred that I've gathered in my soul
Just a patron to hazards I would know
Pure elation when I showed elevation over foes
But like every compilation complication just arose
So i wrote a few lines to get away
Time and time again I wrote these rhymes for better days
Its a crime to even say I didn't give it my all
Never an option to fall when I awaited opportunity's call
And of course opportunity called
In the form of a small lined notebook onto which I would scrawl
It escalated to me writing every lyric I thought
And from there it became making singles with proph
Along the way had my share of the troubles and bumps
And the problems multiplied beside the rubble and dumps
Though assistance was infrequent
Persistence was the secret
Personal perseverance and appearance was the beacon
Im tired of never sleeping
Insomnia in some fea of death
But I'll blow up before my final breath
Thats a promise man and I'm an honest man
I just hope these words don't weigh down on my conscience damn
