Even though the years pass and the watch inexorably casts an eighteen-year-old look at me, the rhythm of teenage longings still plays in my heart. I want to discover love again, like when all the light focused on one feeling, when it was not only a taste of a past haven, but also a journey deep into my soul
I still feel as if time stopped at that moment when dreams of love were easy to come true and emotions flowed endlessly. Today, standing on the threshold of adulthood, I sit down and look into the abyss of memories, and my hеart longs for those trembling times
Lеaving childhood and entering adult life, I understood that maturity does not mean losing the desire for love, but learning to draw from new experiences, discovering love in a different light. It was as if my heart was screaming not to forget about my dreams, about what it was like to be completely in love and idealize my loved one
I observe the world that still has a lot to offer, and even though the number 18 hangs over my head, I feel that I am still young because my desire for love is constant and does not change with age. I believe that true love is the one that always lasts, regardless of the years that have passed
So, although the future brings new challenges and time flies inexorably, I want to move through life with love in my heart. I want to relive those emotions, those dreams, feel that youthful sparkle in my eyes that is not dependent on the number on the calendar
My eighteenth birthday is fast approaching, but I feel that another number that is significant to me is the number of smiles reflected on my face with love, the number of hearts that I can touch with love, the number of moments that I can spend in the presence of those whose love completes my life
So, let eighteen come, but let it be only a number that does not affect my desires for love. Because in my spirit I will always be the one who wants to fall in love like a teenager, because in my heart I will always feel that I am young, regardless of the numbers on the calendar
