Al Entrar a la Cantina Lyrics by Pedro Rivera

El Compa de Sinaloa

2017

[Verso 1]
Estaba yo muy pequeño
Cuando mi padre murió
Quedó mi madre muy sola
Quedando huérfano yo
Y para darme el sustento
A trabajar comenzó
[Verso 2]
Con el correr de los años
Veintiuno cumplía yo
Un día por un desengaño
Una ingrata me dejo
Me fui a tomar unas copas
Para calmar mi dolor
[Verso 3]
Al entrar a la Cantina
Me fui derecho a la barra
Cuando voltee par atrás
Miré a mi madre sentada
Con la charola en la mano
Y un hombre que la besaba
¡Fue tan grande aquel dolor al ver a mi madre así que eche mano a mi pistola a matar al infeliz que a mi madre acariciaba y ella parecía feliz mi madre se atravesó con una gran decisión diciéndome: “Hijo querido no cometas ese error vámonos para l a casa te daré una explicación”
[Verso 4]
Cuando llegue yo a la casa
Mi madre ya estaba ahí
Y llorando me decía
Todo eso lo hice por ti
Para poder mantenerte
A trabajar yo me fui
[Verso 5]
Perdóname madrecita
Yo se que te ofendí
Fue tan grande mi dolor
De verte como te vi
Ahora que ya soy un hombre
Yo me hare cargo de ti
[Verso 6]
Fue tan grande mi dolor
Que todo en mi alma cambio
Por culpa de aquella ingrata
Que a la cita no llegó
Y por encontrar mi madre
En aquella situación
