Bias Lyrics by Pillars of Cacophony

Parerga

2021

No competence
No experience
No measurements
No sagaciousness
No rationale
Only ignorance
And deceptiveness
They can't comprehend the truth
But have a thousand arguments against it
No self-critical examination
But a master's confidence
With faith in mind claiming
To possess the absolute truth
In silence you can hear their choir
The biased ones dwell in houses of saliva
Spit by masters praying with split tongues
Convolutеd minds in well fed bodies
Seeking facts unwilling to concеde
The biased ones dwell in houses of dejection
Shit by masters playing with split tongues
Ruminating words with mouths full of sickness
Reckless demolition of sanity
I call upon thy name, deceiver
I call upon thy name, betrayer
I call upon thy name, perverter
I call upon your name, scum
The illusion of wisdom
Is the highest danger
Emitted by many
In the vortex of ill-bred
No competence
No experience
No measurements
No sagaciousness
No rationale
Only ignorance
And deceptiveness
I call upon thy name, deceiver
I call upon thy name, betrayer
I call upon thy name, perverter
I call upon your name, scum
The illusion of wisdom
Is the highest danger
Emitted by many
In the vortex of ill-bred
Their vision of enlightenment
Has dissolved into darkness
There is no ascension
Only an endless abyss
In silence you can hear the choir
The biased ones dwell in houses of saliva
Spit by masters praying with split tongues
Convoluted minds in well fed bodies
Seeking facts unwilling to concede
The biased ones dwell in houses of dejection
Shit by masters playing with split tongues
Ruminating words with mouths full of sickness
Reckless demolition of sanity
