The Tale of the Struggle Rapper. Lyrics by Pizza boy.

2016

[Verse 1: pizza boy.]
I might not make it big, I think that’s kinda scary
At 25, I might go join a monastery
I need some luck, a plug, a genie, God, a fairy
Struggle like I was written by Tyler Perry
Feelin’ dejected, I see these new stars, and I add to my death wish
I came in for love, but it turned into thirst; don’t get murked for playing keepaway with my beverage
They tell you don't break these rules, then right in front of your face, they’ll make an exception… except when... you try it
Then they wanna teach you a lesson
Done with it; you’re mad I broke the mold ‘cause I ain’t wanna’ fit it
Say it’s something else, though
Lie to me
[A] bunch of kids, sittin’ around, tellin’ stories:
Music industry or Midnight Society?
[Hook: pizza boy.]
Save your money, stay in school, listen, it’s a cautionary tale
Dead dreams, cold sweats, days and nights, counting every loss and every fail
You don’t want this life, this is pain.biz, really, you should stay up off this site
[Verse 2: Ly Moula]
I don’t wanna talk about it; I ain’t got enough to count it
Rap is over- overcrowded; I just move a- move around it
Thought I lost it, now I’ve found it
I’ve been- I’ve been- I’ve been eatin’... ramen noodles for no reason; can of tuna with the season
I don’t want it, bitch, I need it
I ain’t vomit, bitch, I’m bleedin’
I got treated to a beatin’
These are tales from the afterlife
The industry used me like a pawn or a whore in a ritual sacrifice
Prayers up; tail between your legs, scared with your ears up
Hear us; pouring water on the fire ‘til the shit clear up
