The Wretched Lyrics by Plagueborne

A Blueprint for Annihilation

2021

I am the elder one, a long forgotten prophecy
Embedded within your hearts I bask in cries of agony
I am the darkness behind the walls of your reality
You plead to your god while you crawl on your scraped knees
Blooming from wretched ground
Convulsions from pain of decay
Awaken to the darkness within this foul decrepit place
The stench of purest carnage the burden of your dying breath
Your throat is choked with dust the air becomes unbreathable
My arms now open wide in cruel depiction of Christ
Oh verminous salvation
Embodiment of decay
I who has awoken
Vile and putrid is the aura I omit
My lungs no longer breathe life knee deep in human waste
How beautiful my merciless sway in the eyes of eternity
Eternal I have been and I shall always be
Born from the throats of human vermin
The wretched one the dread of mankind
Kingdoms shall kneel at my feet
Down on the ground please the god of mind disease
Praise me, praise me, praise me, praise me
Your charred hearts condemned to suffering
Praise me, praise me, praise me, praise me
Great storm builds on the horizon as the sky dissolves to red
The waters soon will mirror this as they swell with the dead
Hollow empty void
