From walkin' to and from school,freestylin' silly shit
To messin' with metaphors and multisyllabics
I swear destiny put the spark in my torch
Dictated where I'd be goin' and charted the course (Chorus)

Feelin' love for hip-hop with every beat of my heart

Before I totally committed to this most exquisite art
There were times when we were close and others,we'd drift apart
But it had to me,a magnetism or gravity
Together,we had to be,we related magically
Had enough experience to flow sick
Put a shiny gold ring on its finger in Oh-Six
Told it "whether I stay broke or you make me so rich
Regardless,we're joined at the hip and close-knit"
Stared writin' more,so absorbed in my craft
Then I got this crazy itch for recordin' some tracks
No cash for studio time,limited tools for usage
A cheap microphone's what I had to make do with
Audacity software and Fruity Loops did
'Universal' mixtape,volumes one and two,kid
Though them releases lacked a pro sound
It didn't diminish my words from bein' profound (Chorus)

I may be many things-profane or offensive
Insanely venomous,plain intense or pensive
Many sides to Prime,but wack or average
Ain't applicable adjectives to give to this savage
Beast on the mic,I go deep when I write
Show uniqueness,let your eyes feast on the sight
Sure as the sun'll rise in the east and set in the west
I'm set on bein' the best and never settle for less
It didn't come easy,it needed a will and a way
What do they say? Even Rome wasn't built in a day
Writer's block,crumpled pages,frustration and all
Feelings of takin' the skull and put it straight in a wall
To me,it's an addiction,I've long been on a mission
To distance myself from all of this competition
I've done it,from text battles on Let's Beef to Soundclick
To spittin' fire to heat the whole underground with (Chorus)
