Role Model Lyrics by QNP Swish

2X2X

2020

Verse 1:
They say the kids look up to me but i ain't no one's role model
I took money out my momma's bag but never caught up
I never went to college and in high school had a 2.7
Ditching class stealing goodies at the 7 Eleven
Stole a phone from my classmate i was on one
Ran up homies bill the next day they had the cops come
Never was intimidated by the preacher's prayers
Eventually got older got growner now he is my Savior
Up in church once a week it make the devil weak
Used to beat myself up for my limits had my knuckles weak
Hands bleeding wanted keef the homie got some
Just to numb the pain away i thought but then i backed up
Robbed a pound of kill from that red Toyota
Ask Frani or ask Brandon what went down on Osceola
Got growner got bolder want a house in Boulder
A room for all the homies bring whoever over
It's parties every weekend in the city
Bring your own liquor jealousy is for the kitties
Grabbed the pan from the bottom i don't need no mittens
Reached inside my pocket then she want to start stripping
Get to dipping when you see the 5-0 reach out for his Glock
Blue lives never matter they just wanna see that red dot
On ya body pop pop drops the body
The world keeps going no change while you rotting
Verse 2:
The world don't stop we got to keep keep going
The beat just dropped i got to keep keep flowing
Like the water in the river piled by the streams
You only see my surface you don't see under my sea
See me i'm just trying to be the person that i wasn't
Remember when we walked throughout the mall without a dollar?
Window shopper yeah but i was a window smasher
You left your car locked but i just seen your laptop
Let the siren ring it's like two or three
By the time you out your door i'm in bed asleep
Dry snitching on my self i'm aware
But i already did the time peep the frown that i wear
Cause my guilty conscience often eat me at times
So when that gets to happen i just get to writing rhymes
Something like Mahomes in the field when throwing dimes
A day ago i put in work and still i got the time
