VERSE 1 (RAPSEAN)
YO, sometimes i sit down and do some personal throwback though whatever i wish for can never come back
See i lost alotta things ,i lost alotta friends ,i lost my errtin' men i did even lose myself
See back in those days i used to be someone important, back in those days when i was someone to be trusted
I mean back in those days when i was close to the light but now am far from the light and i am stuck in the darkness
If i tell you who i was, i know y'all won't believe me
Its nothing close to what i am ,its way beyond the limits
The change is like a big tree deep rooted and broad, coz its way too much it's like i died and russerected
And now i really wonder was i really born? nine months in a womb and giving birth to me?
Did i fall from the sky? or i rose from the ground? feels like it ain't no sense when they say i was born, gaddamn, yo!
HOOK(RAPSEAN)
One time for my good old days
I did good and bad in my good old days
I wish i got back to my good old days
And see if i could change in a couple of ways yeah
One time for my good old days
I did good and bad in my good old days
I wish i got back to my good old days
And see if i could change in a couple of ways
VERSE 2 (RAPSEAN)
I Must confess alot has happened in my good old days, you talking gambling, talking hustling i did done that stuff
I've been through thick and thin and now am thin myself, men i ain't even gotta lie i coulda killed myself
I started dealing with them drugs at the age of ten, sniffing a whole lotta dose till i got addicted
And now the addiction is too much that i feel convicted,it's like am locked in prison full of drugs and won't get out
I know y'all won't get it ,ya'll probably be asking questions like; how could we believe this?
How did he become this?,could a drug addict make his way to university?
The answer is yes men ,errtin is possible, now take this message to the world
Go and educate the youth, Making sure they ain't going through the things i went through
I always get to cry whenever i think anout my past, thats why i wish i got back and correct my mistakes
