Not Failing Lyrics by Rayon Nelson

My Story EP

2013

[Verse 1]
There’s a few thoughts on my mind
My hearts preparing to fight
These words, these lies
The antagonistic bribes
In a world so cold
Where love is found unknown
When minds are dull
Views become illusional
So the young grows up without no one
To tell him that he's strong
One day he’ll grow up to be someone
Better than his proceedors
Disbelievers, dream killers
Dream killers
But I’m flying...
[Chorus]
High, high
High to the sky, so high
And oh oh oh oh
I’m not failing no oh oh oh
High, high
High to the sky, so high
And oh oh oh oh
I’m not failing no oh oh oh
High
[Verse]
And when I’ve reached to the top
Won’t let consistency stop
I’ll keep on rising till the day I pass away
With every moment I’ve got
I’ll remember to give back
To the ones growing up, just like me
Where youths are told, our hopes won’t unfold
Instead we are destined to become like molds
Gathering dust while growing old
But we’re aiming high and we’re gonna fly
[Chorus]
High, high
High to the sky, so high
And oh oh oh oh
I’m not failing no oh oh oh
High, high
High to the sky, so high
And oh oh oh oh
I’m not failing no oh oh oh
High, high
High to the sky, so high
And oh oh oh oh
I’m not failing no oh oh oh
High, high
High to the sky, so high
And oh oh oh oh
I’m not failing no oh oh oh
High
[Outro]
High
(I'm not failing no, I'm not failing no)
Oh
(I'm not failing no, I'm not failing no)
Oh
(I'm not failing no, I'm not failing no)
Oh
(I'm not failing no, I'm not failing no)
Oh
(I'm not failing no, I'm not failing no)
Oh
(I'm not failing no, I'm not failing no)
Oh
(I'm not failing no, I'm not failing no)
Oh
(I'm not failing no, I'm not failing no)
