Love or Hate Lyrics by Rhys (Rapper)

2017

Chorus 1:
They can either love or hate me
Either way they get the same me
I just get to thinking lately, I don't need nobody else to come and save me
Tell em I been shinin' can't nobody shade me
I been chasin paper cuz nobody paid me
Lord you know I'm ready for it
I know what I'm headed towards, yeah yeah
Verse:
I know that they lookin for a sucker they can play
I know they could change up in a second, David Blaine
They don't know that I've been doin extra every day, I just do the most so I don't come in second place
This is for the kids that I ain't had yet
Makin sure I make a better daddy then my dad did
Go from rags to riches like Aladdin
Silver tongue devil I'm the mother fuckin blacksmith
And you can't tell me nothing you a has been
Zero tolerance if you been dissin on the faction
We just get this paper no distractions
Servin up this crack music nigga like a backspin
I'm back with a vengeance so pay attention just start the engines don't need a friendship just need a Bentley, (yuh)
All the shit I do is for the family, (yuh)
I'm in overdrive so don't rev me up
Chorus 2:
They can either love or hate me
Either way they get the same me
I just get to thinking lately, I don't need nobody else to come and save me
Tell em I been shinin' can't nobody shade me
I been chasin paper cuz nobody paid me
Lord you know I'm ready for it
I know what I'm headed towards, yeah yeah
Verse: 2
I just wanna go and make a difference
I know it don't happen overnight or in an instant
I been working overtime like I'm saving for Christmas
Money on my mind but only ever mind my business
We are not the same don't even pretend
You been in the kiddie pool while I've been in the deep end
Don't wake up the slackers they been sleepin
Shawty said I'm rude I told her blame it on the weekend
Another shot of henny I'll be tweakin, liquor got me geekin, blame it on the weed scent
Blame it on the time that we done wasted I wish we spent, we we we said—this would be the last-time we wake up with a regrets
Rode it like a surfboard
Woke up like I'm sea sick
She know that I'm worth more, that's why she me hit
I told her that
Chorus 3:
They can either love or hate me
Either way they get the same me
I just get to thinking lately, I don't need nobody else to come and save me
Tell em I been shinin' can't nobody shade me
I been chasin paper cuz nobody paid me
Lord you know I'm ready for it
I know what I'm headed towards, yeah yeah
