Since I Met You Lyrics by Rick Price

Tamborine Mountain

0

I look in the mirror
But what do I see?
The face of a stranger looking back at me
Got me under your love spell
It's out of my hands
A victim of this illusion
I'm a desperate man
Wish I could hold tight
And put up a fight
But I can't think of nothing else
'Cause when I feel your touch, it's too much
And I just can't help myself, oh lord
Now I'm walking in the pouring rain
Don't you know it's driving me insane
I don't understand the things I do
Since I met you
Since I met you
I feel so helpless
You're breaking every rule
And there ain't no redemption, no
For a live-sick fool
I'm trying to hold tight
And put up a fight
But I can't think of nothing else
'Cause when I feel your touch, it's too much
And I just can't help myself, oh lord
Now I'm walking in the pouring rain
Don't you know it's driving me insane
I don't understand the things I do
Since I met you
Since I met you
I'm a willing ghost at the whipping post
Just howling at the moon
I'm a man possessed and I confess
I'm crazy as a loon
Wish I could hold tight
And put up a fight
Why am I so obsessed?
'Cause when I feel your touch, it's too much
And I just can't help myself, oh lord
Now I'm walking in the pouring rain
Don't you know it's driving me insane
I don't understand the things I do
Since I met you
Since I met you
Since I met you
Since I met you
Since I met you girl
Since I met you, yeah yeah
Since I met ya baby now
