Make My Life Better Lyrics by Robbie G

Inner Outer Space

2017

[Verse 1: Robbie G]
All the people around me, they put me onto game
Watchin’ their moves and learn from their mistakes
Got a burning desire to make it, yeah
Ain't nobody that be standin’ in my way
Goddamn it I be great, no fakeness
Thinkin bout the level and the place we can take this
Yeah to Vegas, down in Reno Nevada
Sip a Pina colada, feelin’ like I'm Tony Montana
Man all of that drama I don't even bother
All of these ladies and man I don't even holla
Right now got me all about the dollar
Get money, fuck bitches, that's the code, but I got a code of honor
Yeah I'm more than a persona got a personality
I don't do what they do, rather live in my reality
My talent be the thing that can take me to the top
But the drive and motivation going to make me get the gwop said I'm
[Chorus]
All about it and I'm never going slow down
Told my mama that I'm about to hit the road now
These days, these times man I'm just I'm
Tryin’ to make my life better, better
All about it and yeah I'm out to do a show now
Told my mama that I'm going to make her so proud
These days, these times man I'm just I'm
Trying to make my life better, better
[Verse 2: Robbie G]
Watch who takes the fall, stand back never
Got to learn to take a stand, life gets better
Don't got a perfect plan but it still pans out
Used to have a couple haters but now the real fans out yeah!
And they got they hands up
They know I spit the truth and none of it's made up
They know where I be goin’ you know that it's straight up
Just wait till you see me once I get my cake up, cake up
Yeah we in this bitch now
Party got the bottles and the models want to strip down
I'm not trying to fit in with the in crowd
Not tryin’ to blend in, not what I been bout
I'm standin’ out on the outskirts
While you're up in the penthouse I'm in an in-house studio downstairs
Yeah I'm workin’ on the album, where I came from
With the same damn people held me down since day one
[Chorus]
[Verse 3: Robbie G]
I had to fall just to learn to get up
Got in trouble with the law ya'll, never goin’ back to that life
I put that on my word and my balls ya'll
I curse at the type that want to curse me with a sentence
I ain't the type to try and murder with a weapon
My time and energy is a personal investment
And I ain't tryin’ to waste it
I'm not confined by the mind’s eye spaces
Never regrettin’ any of the time I wasted
I learned my lesson and I moved on, patient
No stressin’, no questioning my intentions, got the blessin’
The message is stay the course of course with your direction
Life's been getting more better, never knew that I could do it
Since a lil boy started making this music
Looking at all of the lives that I've influence
No I'm never going to stop man I got to keep it movin’ said I'm
[Chorus]
