FAKE LOVE Lyrics by Ryan Cassata, Rillakill

RC9*

2022

[Chorus]
Fake love, I give up
I been fucking with my ex too much
She been fucking with my head too much
Giving me all that, giving me all that
Fake love, we break up
Still fucking with my ex too much
She been fucking with my head too much
Giving me all that, giving me all that
[Verse 1]
My friends think she’s crazy
I think she’s spacey
She’s got me up in heartbreak crying like a baby
Begging her to stay with me
When all she does is play with me
Imma need some therapy
For the shit she say to me
I been moving on
Pretty boys on the dance floor
I’mma take him home and show ‘him how my heart roars
I’mma make ‘him scream … show him all my abilities
I said I want a queen but that don’t mean that it’s a she, yeah
We on the come up and the world is gonna know it
Hippie movement for the modern day, and a poet and the know it all
You see my at lowest but I’m far from a fall now
She can’t break them all, no
Didn’t Come to shows, no
[Pre-Chorus]
I ain’t gonna be alone on the side stage
I’ve seen that blonde baby shouting out my name
He knows how to praise and I Caught him with my gaze, yeah
He can drive the fast lane
Hundred miles, okay
[Chorus]
Fake love, I give up
I been fucking with my ex too much
She been fucking with my head too much
Giving me all that, giving me all that
Fake love, we break up
Still fucking with my ex too much
She been fucking with my head too much
Giving me all that, giving me all that
[Verse 2]
My exes hit me up for credit, it’s okay I kinda get it
What if it's over all over Reddit?
You can say your account has credit
But inspiration don’t get you nowhere
My attorney knows I’m the only writer on here
No, I don’t believe in ghostwriters
Just believe in coattail riders
Lit cigarettes with gold lighters
If They coming for me I’ll be in designer
I wrote a song that you inspired
And if you don’t like that
Why you’d date a songwriter?
Why you’d date a songwriter?
I’ve been moving on
Pretty boy on the dance floor
I’ve been singing songs
Pretty queen on the dance floor
I’ve been moving on
Pretty boy on the dance floor
I’ve been singing songs
Pretty queen on the dance floor
[Pre-Chrous]
I ain’t gonna be alone on the side stage
I’ve seen that blonde baby shouting out my name
He knows how to praise and I caught him with my gaze, yeah
He can drive the fast lane
Hundred miles, okay
[Chorus]
Fake love, I give up
I been fucking with my ex too much
She been fucking with my head too much
Giving me all that, giving me all that
Fake love, we break up
Still fucking with my ex too much
She been fucking with my head too much
Giving me all that, giving me all that
