Rate Yourself Lyrics by Salamii TK

Yours Truly - EP

2021

Don't be insecure know we all got a problem
Don't you know you're more than these fictional figments you picture as real
Jesus loves you well love yourself don't be caught up
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself come on
Rate yourself
Don't be insecure know we all got a problem
Don't you know you're more than these fictional figments you picture as real
Jesus loves you well lovе yourself don't be caught up
In thesе web of lies
On those lonely nights
Ain't really won till you take the lead
Ain't no time for a dump or to take a leak
Wrong tales culture heads telling in they preach
To make a real dunk you gotta leap in belief
Pray they seen who Jesus is by the time my life past
Impaired visions they ain't seen themselves in God's glass
So my homies' insecure without the cognac
And my shawties won't love him unless the boy bad
World asleep so satan sedated
We all got dreams where big things are painted
Then we look at Joseph to encourage ourselves
And then throw shade on God when we're thrown in a well
But the process is due
Nothing down here is new
Don't be comparing your own uniqueness to other people's
Different patterns on palms
Christ ain't write us a psalm
There's a reason even Jesus had a purpose and call
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself come on
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself come on
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself come on
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself come on
Rate yourself
What we're trying to say is love yourself
Love what you're given and be satisfied
Do not resent
Beautiful queen I mean
You were created to be
Mother of nations
A rare gem
A breath of fresh air
Beautiful King huh
You don't need anyone to tell you you're a King huh
I know it's easy to fall into oppression
And depression
But you are made in His image
Don't forget that
Oh
And how can you spread love?
If you ain't got any inside you
Jesus said love
And incase you're feeling lonely
Know that He loves you
And He's there whenever you need someone to talk to
Do not hate yourself
'Cause you're beautiful
Don't let anything or anybody tell you that you ain't
Love yourself, spread that love all around you like it's paint
Be confident 'cause
You gon' be okay
Don't be insecure know we all got a problem
Don't you know you're more than these fictional figments you picture as real
Jesus loves you well love yourself don't be caught up
Rate yourself
Rate yourself
Rate yourself come on
Rate yourself
Don't be insecure know we all got a problem
Don't you know you're more than these fictional figments you picture as real
Jesus loves you well love yourself don't be caught up
In these web of lies
On those lonely nights
