Not Your Perfect Lyrics by Sapphire Solace

Waiting to Breathe

2016

[Chorus]
I had no voice
But now, I'm speaking
I had no choice
And now, I'm bleeding
But I'm not your perfect
[Verse 1]
When I believe in destiny
You are the one, set me free
You're perfect, you're perfect
You believe it's meant to be
You're the one who always believed
That I could change, who am I?
Not perfect
[Chorus]
I had no voice
But now, I'm speaking
I had no choice
And now, I'm bleeding
But I'm not your perfect
[Verse 2]
Close your eyes, see what I can dream
It's my fantasy, becomes my wanting
More and more I'm wanting
I'm here, I'm waiting all alone
I'm still more and more
More in dreaming, hating what I'm feeling
[Instrumental]
[Chorus]
But I'm not your perfect
I had no voice (you always have a voice)
But now, I'm speaking (I never wanted more)
I had no choice (you always have a choice)
And now, I'm bleeding (we're not that different)
I had no voice (I never wanted more)
But now, I'm speaking (you always wanted more)
I had no choice (You always had the choice)
And now, I'm bleeding
But I'm not your perfect
[Outro}
I had no voice
Not your perfect
I had no choice
