The Swarm Lyrics by SDreamExplorerS

Awakening

2016

[Verse 1]
We are the evil, the purest of hate
There is no way you can deny your fate today
We are the blue-eyed death with smiles on a face
We're bringing darkness to your puny pony race
Nowhere to run, we're already here
We came to feed on your emotions, we can feel your fear
Nowhere to hide from us we will enslave the ponykind
And we will rule Equestria
[Pre-Chorus]
One day our suffering will end
(No it will not, no it will not)
We'll fight the swarm and we will free our promised land
(No you will not, no you will not)
We'll rise again for moon and sun
(And you will fall, and you will fall)
The revolution in our hearts has just begun
[Chorus]
Surrender all your hopes and dreams
Your world is not what it really seems
Enslavement, you have lost this war
The sun will never shine again like it did before
[Verse 2]
We are the ocean, the ocean of pain
We are the desert and we are your cleansing rain
You heart will shriek from our hideous teeth
It's funny that you'll never know what lies beneath
Enough talking, let us feed and feed
Give us your love and joy, 'cause this is what we need
I hear the noises of her wings
Here comes our mother Chrysalis
[Bridge]
She is our master
She is our leader
Down on your knees
Hail to the queen
[Chorus]
Surrender all your hopes and dreams
Your world is not what it really seems
Enslavement, you have lost this war
The sun will never shine again like it did before
[Outro]
We are feeding on your thoughts and fears
Drinking every drop of bloody tears
Rotting in the cold and humid cells
Nightmares will become a living hell
