Interview on State of Affairs Lyrics by Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins Promos

2014

Renee Young is standing backstage with Seth Rollins along with J and J Security.
Renee Young: Ladies and gentleman, please welcome my guest at this time, Seth Rollins.
Seth Rollins: Renee...look, before you even get started, I just wanna say that this is getting ri-diculous. A short 24 hours after my hellacious match with John Cena at TLC and I'm expected to be in a steel cage match tonight, with the same John Cena? The same John Cena that has cost me two of the biggest matches of my career in the last two months?
Do you know how that happened? Because the place is a madhouse, Renee! Everyone's running around, doing whatever they want. It's crazy! It's lawless! Nobody's safe! The only reason I feel safe is because I've got J and J here. You're not safe, the supposed people in power aren't even safe....you saw what happened to Chris Jericho out there. I mean, Chris ran his mouth, he kind of deserved what he got, but that's not the point.
The point is, this place is missing something. We need the guidance, and the control of The Authority. We need The Authority back in power! I am in no condition to perform. Any normal man wouldn't even be here tonight. He wouldn't be standing on his feet, he'd be lying in a hospital bed somewhere, but I...I am no normal human being. I am gonna summon the courage to go out there tonight, finish what I started at TLC, and in the process I am going to teach John Cena a lesson that he will not...soon...forget.
