If they didn't portray perfection
It was the perfect timing when I saw the drunken man

They just stared in dis belief
Shook their heads in disappointment

No more vegetarian

Explained how we could train up people, to deal with the things that I've seen

We sure enough, can't just walk together for an hour Sunday

This new Church that was built

And they like my fire and brimstone, and it's paying
Back to handshake'n
Instincts told me this was a mistake in the belief things might change
He watched my family walk away
But this wasn't the first time
Won't be the last
Cuz people are fallen n' broken
Like compound fractures in a cast
Christ is not just the healer
He's the great comforter
Like that feather blanket you found
When you fell in love with her
Talking to more and more friends that had these same experiences
For some of them this was only Jesus, they experienced
Now want nothing to do with him
Even tho they hearts still wanted, everything to do with him
Because regardless the hole in the heart still resides
We all search for something to fill it with
Until it collides into a problem that's just too much to deal with
The irony is I think it's not guns
It's the Churches that we kill with
So I stay on the mic n' kill it
So the the black sheep know
There not alone in what they deal with...
I'm here to tell you... God loves you
And with this broken heart...
