Average Lyrics by Sillu

2017

[Verse 1:]
What makes you not wanna push up daisies
When your whole life you've been crazy lazy
Lately I've been feelin' like I'm not average at all
Used to eat, shit, sleep - only memories I could recall
All my homies ball and damn I felt small
Yet this year will be different, for those who work on their dreams
Shit isn't as black and white as it seems
You think famous people didn't work hard in their teens?
Craft your fucking skill to the max
And please don't do it for the stacks
You're not happy with your life, then do something 'bout it
Wanna be a dentist, doctor? Learn the ropеs
Wanna be a teacher, profеssor? Learn the fucking ropes
Learn the ropes,learn the ropes
[Chorus:]
Yea, wanna be skinny huh? Can't just have hopes
Train it like you mean it, flow like it you dreamin'
Get the pot of gold, it will get yo eyes gleamin'
Don't get high as a kite and say goodbye to life
Get on top of yo game, find your lane and make a name
We all wanna do the same thing
Go hard in the ring and get the bling-bling
I will rise I promise you that
Cus I never have given up, up on rap
I'm not batshit crazy about fame
Just wanna send positivity to the game
Hopefully I won't get called lame
When I make it, you probably wanna do the same thing
[Verse 2:]
Most of you wake and bake, while we as dreamers get the gold medal and a plaque
Motivated to sing, drop, kill the beat, fulfill my dream, die a king
Leave a will as big as Will's,will I make a name or burn like Rome
Easier said than done, learn for the sake of your dome
And when you feeling down
Mash your emotions, soon your outfit will be fitted with a crown
[Chorus:]
Yea, wanna be skinny huh? Can't just have hopes
Train it like you mean it, flow like it you dreamin'
Get the pot of gold, it will get yo eyes gleamin'
Don't get high as a kite and say goodbye to life
Get on top of yo game, find your lane and make a name
We all wanna do the same thing
Go hard in the ring and get the bling-bling
I will rise I promise you that
Cus I never have given up, up on rap
I'm not batshit crazy about fame
Just wanna send positivity to the game
Hopefully I won't get called lame
When I make it, you probably wanna do the same thing
[Outro:]
How can I achieve nirvana through singing
When only those who hear are stone deaf or braindead
And mama said don't let the bed bugs bite
Well mama, if we make it, we'll be alright
Sometimes I question myself
Who am I to talk about success
When most of my life I have lived in distress
Nevertheless I hope for a great long ride
With all of you next to me, by my side
