Take Notes Lyrics by SirLKM

On Jah?

2023

[Intro: Cross & SirLKM]
Brass hit my face, 'cause I'm left-handed with the .223
Hitting syllables with this automatic, like the ABC's
Me, myself dropping syllables, as if it were a spelling bee
Hangin' opposition from my fan, just like a wreath
(Me and myself dropping syllables, like it's the spelling bee)
(Hangin' opposition from my fan, just like a wreath)
[Chorus: Cross]
Y'all better be taking some notes
The flow so clean, like a wave, the way that it floats
You say you got flow, choke on your lies
I got speed in my verses, I don't gotta try
Challenge me to a duel, yeah you gon' die
To be formal, I don't need no tie
I don't need no gun to be takin' a life
Slashin' at you with a bloodied-up knife
Or with a buzzing chainsaw, sound like a fly
Black in the clouds, like the end is nye
As you blackin' out, gon' hear me saying, "Bye, bye"
(Round one, fight!)
[Verse 1: Cross]
I take interest in heavy arms and machine guns
Artillery, tanks, ammo so stupid but it ain't at all dumb
Killing my enemies, leaving their families with nothin' but crumbs
My 30.06 scream like an eagle and bang like a drum
I got a fine wall between right and wrong, gon' call me Trump
Leaving their bodies in the trash, on the way to the dump
That's why you stay 'way from my pump
Now what remains nothing but junk
(Round two, fight!)
[Verse 2: SirLKM]
Go to the bank with two M’s, don't mean money
Walk out the back with the stacks, like it's Honey
That boy laughing, shoot him up like, “What is funny?”
Rob and dash, just like the Flash, I bounce like a bunny
Gotta be sneaky, 'cause I ain’t a snitch
Walk in the bank and suddenly I’m rich
[Chorus: SirLKM]
Y'all better be taking some notes
The flow so clean, like a wave, the way that it floats
You say you got flow, choke on your lies
I got speed in my verses, I don't gotta try
Challenge me to a duel, yeah you gon' die
To be formal, I don't need no tie
I don't need no gun to be takin' a life
Slashin' at you with a bloodied-up knife
Or with a buzzing chainsaw, sound like a fly
Black in the clouds, like the end is nye
As you blackin' out, gon' hear me saying, "Bye, bye"
