Slope Lyrics by Sparoxzy

TARRS LP

0

I no de run if I want anything
I no de give up easily
Me sef de wonder which
Kind Of human I be
Survived the trying times
I remember back then When I was a little kid
Grew up with a lot of people
Learnt a lot of different things
Started failing in high school
Call it secondary
Some people called me a failure
But I always told myself that I could do better
And that was way before I know say
This voice go sweet for music
And that was way before
I start to reason lines
I chose to be positive, chose to always do right
Ignored their opinions and focused on my life
And now am going up
Am going up am pushing harder
Life is like a slope but I no go ever back down
So am going up am going up
Am pushing harder uh oh uh oh oh oh oh oh
Go go go go
Go go go go
Go go go go…
Go go go go
Go go go go
Go, go go go go
Small small na so I manage
Take come enter university
Met the finest Loxzy and Arab
Survived the trying times
But after school things got way out of hand
I remember vividly 2016 and 2017
Mama no well and I dei look for food to eat
Was taking down by depression
But I always told myself
That I could do better
And that was way before I started
Giving my all into music
And that was way before
I start to reason large
I chose to be positive no negativity
This is reality uh oh oh oh oh oh oh
And now am going up
Am going up am pushing harder
Life is like a slope but I no go ever back down
So am going up am going up
Am pushing harder uh oh uh oh oh oh oh oh
Go go go go
Go go go go
Go go go go…
Go go go go
Go go go go
Go, go go go go
Am going up am going up
(every time I look in the mirror)
Am going up I’ll never stop
(I see reflections of greatness)
I’ll do my best and I’ll be the best
(I know where am coming from)
And I’ll do the best that i..
(and I know where am headed)
Am going up am going up
(am going up)
Am going up I’ll never stop
(I’ll never stop)
I’ll do my best to be the best
That I can be, that I ever wanted
