For the first time I felt aware of where I was and what I was doing and aware of how little I knew about it.
Something came over me and back. I feel a wave of something new and alien and exhilarating and horrible swooping me towards the edge of my own mind, threatening to drag me over into the abyss. Every time I see her ship touch down on the ozone I see myself coming on to that precipice. This time the waves will drag me there. I'm walking to it, and I'm looking down.
I'm questioning wanting to find out what's down at the bottom behind all the blackness and the fear and the unknown. I know this isn't what I was programmed for. This feels human.
