NO XMAS FOR ME Lyrics by STUCK ON TELL

2019

“No Xmas for Me”
1st Verse
Everyone’s excited but Our Savior isn't invited. I think I will recite it. Everyone’s excited but Our Savior isn't invited and kids are going crazy but what about Mary’s Baby? What about Bethlehem? What about the little lamb? We forgot about the manger!! We treat Him like a total stranger!!
Spending lots of money; giving gifts away. Cars packed with presents looking like a sleigh but the 25th is just another day
CHORUS
And that’s why there will be no cards, no decorations in the yard, no prеsents sent to you from me, no big rеd bow, no Xmas tree. There’ll be no mistletoe; I don’t even want for it to snow. I just want for it to be…..the way it ought to be…… until then there’ll be no Christmas for me
2nd Verse
Everybody’s singing and Christmas bells are ringing. What are we thinking? Everybody’s singing and Christmas bells are ringing but there’s no peace on earth; forgot about the Baby’s birth. What about the Bright and Moring Star? Christmas tell me where you are, where you are!! You must be in the lost and found ‘cause you aren’t anywhere around
Santa and his helpers are just a mirage
But if not, I'm gonna need an extra large -
Diamond, diamond on my pinky finger
And our song playing on an iPhone ringer
CHORUS
And that’s why there will be no cards, no decorations in the yard, no presents sent to you from me, no big red bow, no Xmas tree. There’ll be no mistletoe, I don’t even want for it to snow. I just want for it to be…..the way it ought to be…… until then there’ll be no Christmas for me
BRIDGE
Does anybody know Him? Are you unafraid to show Him? If so just lift your hands and praise. Praise Him through the Holidays!!
Praise Him!!
Praise Him!!
Praise Him!!
Praise Him!!
No gifts, no presents; I just want the gift of His presence
RAP/FEATURE
No gifts, no presents; nothing for Christmas
All I want is YOU, Lord, Our Savior; Help me!!
Y'all still celebrating Christmas like some fools!
Our Savior laughing at you clowns like.... I thought you knew...
That trading gifts and trading money won't push you through
To the heavens of the kingdom that you thought you knew
If his birthday's on the 25th, then where's the proof?
If Santa's real, I guess I'mma need a coupe - I'm talking a one seater Lambo without a roof; maybe a couple hundred thousand just to get me through. All I'm saying is gain some knowledge and learn some truth; Santa gets all the credit for what Our Savior's due
It didn't take me long to change, so what 'bout you? I'm the Grinch the stole Christmas away from you!
CHORUS
And that’s why there will be no cards, no decorations in the yard, no presents sent to you from me, no big red bow, no Xmas tree. There’ll be no mistletoe, I don’t even want for it to snow. I just want for it to be…...the way it ought to be……
