It's funny because men want us to be sexual beings, to have desires and fantasies, but then they feel threatened by the idea that we have control over them, that they could come from our own volition. They prefer to think that we surrender to theirs. That's why we see this power dynamic in clubs or bars, that's why women get the pick-up lines... Because a woman has to be sold an idea or an opportunity... She has to be played or lured into it. We often forget that women have sexual needs, can have multiple partners if they want and they're not just loving mothers or sluts! Women are entitled to guiltless pleasure, we're entitled to express what we want and to get what we want. Women are not victims of the game, we can be players too! And I would love to hear someone say:
[Verse 1]
Hey! Simmer down, young thing!
You ain't gotta buy no drink!
I know what's on your mind
I think you'll find
I can read signs and your eyes don't blink!
I can link two and two
And you seem cute
But I solved you like a Rubik's cube!
And I know that you're not stupid too
But I've never been Cupid's fool!
So here's my number
Just remember
You ain't gotta wait three days;
We ain't gotta play these games!
I've seen it again and again
I know how that shit ends
Our intentions are clear as day
Yeah, this tension's here to stay
I feel the same
I get what you mean to say
Boy, we should leave this place!
[Chorus]
I think you know what I'm saying!
I think you know what I'm say— I'm saying!
I think you know what I'm saying!
I think you know what... What... What... What... What...
[Verse 2]
Boy, you gotta ask yourself:
Can my smile get past your shell?
'Cause I can't help myself
I've been told my eyes can cast a spell!
Huh! That's right!
Now you know, better act right!
'Cause you know I live a fast life
"Love" is not a word that I take lightly
I know other girls that'll think like me;
That wanna get down
That don't wanna make a fuss
Let's talk about now
Let's not talk about us
It's a game called lust
And I ain't gon' blush
It's okay for men, so don't judge!
So don't come crying if I break your heart
You gotta be careful from the start!
You gotta think smart!
It'll go great if you know how to play your part!
[Chorus]x2
I think you know what I'm saying!
I think you know what I'm say— I'm saying!
I think you know what I'm saying!
I think you know what... What... What... What... What...
[Outro]
I don't want a ring, I just wanna get down!
(I think you know what, what, what, what, what...)
I don't want a spin, I just wanna get down!
(I think you know what, what, what, what, what...)
I don't want a king, I just wanna get down!
(I think you know what, what, what, what, what...)
I don't want a ring, I just wanna get down!
(I think you know what, what, what, what, what...)
I don't want a king, I just wanna get down!
(I think you know what, what, what, what, what...)
I don't want a spin, I just wanna get down!
(I think you know what, what, what, what, what...)
I don't want a king, I just wanna get down!
(I think you know what, what, what, what, what...)
I don't want a drink, I just wanna get down!
(I think you know what, what, what, what, what...)
I don't want a...
I don't want a drink, I just wanna get down!
I don't want a spin, I just wanna get down!
I don't want a ring, I just wanna get down!
I don't want a king, I just wanna get down!
