Don’t Stay In Minecraft Lyrics by The Buzz

Lego On The Ceiling

2021

[Intro: D-Dog]
Alright here we go boys
One take, one take
[Verse: D-Dog]
I wasn't taught how to mine blocks
But I can remember andesite is a rock
I wasn't taught how to farm crops
But I know loads about punching a mob
Wasn't taught how to tame a dog they devoted that time to defining a South American bull frog
Wasn't taught how to regain my health but I know iron bars are part of the cell
Never spent a lesson on how to craft
Instead I studied turning sand into glass
I was never taught what mobs there are
I was never taught what mobs there are
Let me repeat: I wasn't taught the mobs of the world I lived in
I'm glad that's in my head instead of survival advice
I was shown how beacons emitted a line of light
But I was never taught how to play a note block right
Apparently It's easy, do you know how? I don't
Why the hell can't we play a single fucking note?
I know andesite, diorite and obsidian rocks
But I don't know squat about trading blocks
Or how diamonds work at all, where do they come from?
How does the thing that motivates the player function?
Not taught how to budget and disperse my diamonds
I was too busy rehearsing Jeb
But I spent days on learning how to craft a bed
Three wool on top of any colour
Three wood planks, any type on the bottom
That's insane, that's utterly insane
Never taught to recognize
I've been poisioned, the potion is lethal
What should I do? Maybe eat some gold
Could we discuss creeper abuse and get the facts?
Or help Herobrine with his half-existence state?
Umm, no, but learn how to craft
'Cus you won't have a crafting table with you every day
They say it's not the game, the player is the problem
Well if you taught the noobs to play that's the problem solved then
All this advice about mining a diamond
But not how to make tools when you actually want them
I can only sleep in this realm
For serious, the rest of the mobs don't sleep they think I'm an idiot
They chose to mine straight down over the systems
So like a typical Steve now I don't know what I'm mining in
At least I can say hello to an enderman
So while I was a noob I was expected to make a crafting table
With wood that I didn't know I could punch, label
But I won't take it
I'll tell everyone my Steve life was wasted
I'll share it everywhere how I was educated
And insist pointless things
Don't stay in Minecraft
