Friends Are False Lyrics by The Delays

Everything’s the Rush

0

I only came here 'cause you asked me to
Your friends are false but I'm stuck on you
Outside your moving clouds the sun shines through
You're turning darker days into blue
I'm on the outside, I'm looking in
And I'm seeing colours where the shadows have been
And I'm on the outside, I'm looking in
And I'm seeing colours where the shadows have been
Did you see me in the shadows when you danced alone?
I will be a vigilante for your touch now on
I'm a painter and I'll paint you such a vivid scene
I know what you want 'cause I know what you need, okay
I'll be a spotlight hanging over you
I'll watch your back if you ask me to
But there's a killer that I'm cutting through
Your friends are false and you need me too
I'm on the outside, I'm looking in
And I'm seeing colours where the shadows have been
And I'm on the outside, I'm looking in
And I'm seeing colours where the shadows have been
Did you see me in the shadows when you danced alone?
I will be a vigilante for your touch now on
I'm a painter and I'll paint you such a vivid scene
I know what you want 'cause I know what you need
I could hardly be your lover after what you said
I will be a vigilante for your touch instead
I'm a painter and I'll paint you such a vivid scene
I know what you want 'cause I know what you need, okay
Did you see me in the shadows when you danced alone?
I will be a vigilante for your touch now on
Did you see me in the shadows when you danced alone?
I will be a vigilante for your touch now on
Now on, now on, now on, now on, now on
Now on, now on, now on, now on, now on
Now on, now on, now on, now on, now on
Now on, now on, now on, now on, now on
