Going Poaching Lyrics by The eXcavators

Going Poaching - Single

2016

[Verse 1]
I stopped like a big ol' buck in the spotlight of your [?]
As I caught your eyes, oh I started seeing stars
If it’s after dark then the season's always open
Just bring your loving on, 'cause we’re going poaching
[Verse 2]
Tell me, what's a doe like you doing around here?
If your boyfriend leaves you all alone, he must be a steer
It's a forest full of deer just like fishes in the ocean
So you buy the beer, we're going poaching
[Chorus]
Poaching, poaching
If you feel lonesome
Head out to some old back roads and make a big commotion
No one has to know, so anytime you take a notion
Well tonight's the perfect night for going poaching
[Verse 3]
Let me tell you something that I've come to know
[?] with his arrow and his bow
All those little does, you know, just want a little coaxing
They're waiting for a [beau?] who's going poaching
[Chorus]
Poaching, poaching
Don’t ever leave a lady lonesome
There’s always someone scoping out some game [?] poaching
No one ever knows [?] take a notion
So tonight's the perfect night to take her poaching
Yeah the time is always right for going poaching
