These fangs and talons
Sharp like my poetry
This poetry will forever be apart of me
My job as a poet
Explore the unexplored
Prevent all these wars
Stop the blood and gore
Your irises are showing
They seem to be glowing
You think I don't know it
But that's just me as a poet
Eye for an eye makes the world go blind
The tears from your eyes
Is the rain in the sky
I may be 18
But I'm older than 60
My wisdom is deep and steep
Like my uncle's be
As a cop, you know he saw a lot
I was affected by it all, he was not
But as time past
I've learned to relax
Cause patience is key in order to succeed
No one in life should ever have to be stressed
God knows what he's doing in his game of chess
In the circle of life, you take what you're given
It's just another page in your book that is written
These anti-depressants
Ain't sending the message
To anyone trying to cope with depression
Are you getting what I'm trying put down
I'm just trying to turn that frown upside down
So f*ck all these clowns who try to walk all over you
They don't have the nuts to come face to face with you
They're pissed because they can't get their sh*t straight
So they go and try to ruin someone else's day
Supremacists think we'll kiss up to their toes
Like any rapper being hoarded by hoes
My lyrically style
Is like reading the bible
Think of it as a way
Of saving someone's day
I got my friends back like a ma-sager's hand
I'm taking them all the way to the promise land
I'm quiet but reserved
You only hear my voice when I'm rapping a verse
Or when I need to be heard
We must embrace the hate
To do these great things
You people must think
That this kid's insane
What's not normal to you is normal to me
So we should whatever, however we please
It's not wrong for two lovers of the same gender
Apparently some folks don't have the same agenda
No one should judge a person by their IQ
Only God can judge what you and I do
We all need to do what makes us proud
Even if some don't like the way that we turned out
Ain't selling my soul to the devil's gold
I rather let my skills grow old cause I got better goals
If your nothing with your face
Then you're nothing to awe
And you shouldn't have place in this universe at all
Superstars truly know who they are
Fallen apples should the roots from where they came from
And the justice system it ain't hard to tell
Prison cells turn innocent people into spawns of hell
I walk to class
In my glasses and hat
Hope people look past my skin
Which is black
Writing a story is like cooking chicken
In the kitchen
Poetry In Motion is what I'm dishin
My medicine is music
I use it to get through the disputes
That social media spews
I'd rather have an impact than maintain success
Everyone knows my skills are too erect
I'll just remain an underground rapper
With his classics
Anyone who wants a personal mixtape can have it
So many layers to love that I rather be single
With an exception of some girls who I love to mingle
Dying from a heartbreak
Cause of all at stake
Nothing in this world is sweet like cake
Except some lollipops & a couple of suckers
These bad sour apples will make your lips pucker
For where Earth is headed, we don't know
WW4 is fought with sticks and stones
Gemini is an illness
Eurphoria and depression
Some days I'm happy
And others helpless
As I lose the battle to wonder woman's lasso
Getting caught in the sh*t is a hassle
My dad says look at the message, not the messenger
With the way my mother is, I just return to the sender
If there's one thing I'll follow until the end
And that's the 3 F's: Family, Faith, and Friends
