Intelligence Is a Plague Lyrics by The Last Gang

Noise Noise Noise

0

Intelligence is a plague
Shunned, patronized and quarantined
Apathy has its reins
Do you even care?
Complacency, self-righteous merit badge
And you wear it proud young son
America versus Netflix fixation
Are you still watching?
I think therefore I speak
Defend your moto with an empty sheath
Trade in your logic for Breitbart
Channels immersed in the soundbite
Nielsen boxes running so high
Are you still watching the shit show?
Indulge and just let go
Cause it's all just a comedy
This is a fact
You did what you want with it
This is a fact
No they don't flaunt cause it's science, it's proof, indisputable knowledge
It's solid ground
Yet you build upon sand
I think therefore I speak
Defend your moto with an empty sheath
Trade in your logic for Breitbart
Channels immersed in the soundbite
Nielsen boxes running so high
Are you still watching the shit show?
Indulge and just let go
Cause it's all just a comedy
Voluntarily deaf and blind
Your head in the sand
While the world implodes around you
Step into the scandal line
Be sheep in the plan
While the world implodes around you
Vanity and impulse, songs of fools
Trade in your logic for Breitbart
Channels immersed in the soundbite
Nielsen boxes running so high
Are you still watching the shit show?
Indulge and just let go
Cause it's all just a comedy
It's a comedy
And it's killing you, killing me
