Accept this substitution for life or slow down, look around, stand up and fill your lungs
Breathe! Are you there? Can we do this? I’m waiting
Breathe, look alive, pay attention, keep moving
It  never gets easy unless you give up and if you do you won’t know because there is nothing after death
