#NeverChooseKnives Lyrics by Kitone

2019

[Introduction: Kitone]
It's Kitone and the crew
We're gonna teach you about knife crime
And explain to you
Why you should never, ever carry a knife
You ready?
[Verse 1: Kitone]
You should never carry a knife
It's a very dumb thing to do
It can destroy someone else's life
And it will ruin your life too (Yeah)
Knife thinking: "I will never use a knife
I just think knives are cool"
Well I don't think so
'Cuz the teachers know
You get excluded from the school (Yeah yeah, no go!)
Carrying a knife is illegal
You go to jail 'cuz that's the law (Right)
Up to four years and it'll end in tears
It's not cool anymore
"That's bit harsh" you think
Because you're carrying a knife (Yeah)
Well now that you're a criminal
It'll affect you throughout your life (Brrrra!)
[Chorus: Kitone, Liz, Soni, Euan, Jamie]
Stop knife crime now!
We'll show you how!
Just stay in school!
Knives are not cool!
Just do what's right!
Start changing lives!
Safe day and night!
Never choose knives!
[Verse 2: Kitone]
Some of you aren't sure
What exactly you can do
But knife crime is serious
And it affects you too
If you know someone with a knife
And you don't want to tell (NO!)
The problems isn't solved and since you're involved
You can get in trouble as well (What?)
Never carry a knife! (Yeah!)
It's just not worth the risk (NO!)
Hundreds dying every year
And it'll be some silly miss
Let's save Britain's young people
With all that we've learnt (Smart!)
Speak to someone that you trust
If you are concerned (if you are concerned)
[Chorus: Kitone, Liz, Soni, Euan, Jamie]
Stop knife crime now!
We'll show you how!
Just stay in school!
Knives are not cool!
Just do what's right!
Start changing lives!
Safe day and night!
Never choose knives!
[Outro: Kitone]
That's fine for today
Hahaha
Oh man...
