I mean if we call ourselves Christians we shouldn't be ashamed to love God
We should contemplate things from the above
And find out what or who we truly love cuz our own greed soon won't be enough
And stick with that instead of picking up ripped out scraps and pretending it's an art piece to give as a gift that's wrapped
All I want to be is loved and real, I think everyone wants that
I want folks to listen closely to things and only then find how out they feel
Listened to Kendrick's "DAMN." multiple times and I see the message is revealed
He's talking about following God and if we don't our consequence will be real
It would be something we've brought on to ourselves resulting from our own mass appeal
I also have to say that I fucking hate when those who call themselves Christians say "Oh my God!"
If you're gonna use the Lord's name in vain but call me out for swearing, that's what's wrong
Think about what you're saying, not what's socially accepted
So take a look at yourself, don't make others feel neglected
Now I normally don't swear but I gotta give my message
So we can find our own hypocrisies, get real and prevent them
