Bloom Lyrics by XL (Rapper)

Always XL

0

[XL]
I been trying to find the answers to my life in the Buddha smoke
Word to God my word is born, my loss is not recuperable
I'm from the jungle, instead of birds, police choppers
In place of snakes, jakes to close the case proper
A dim outlook is all that I possess
Cause when the sun sets, become a victim to the tecs
To be honest, the gold got me feelin' depressed
I never stress over petty reactions, just hold my right hand and watch this shit get clapping
You said you got bars? Well, my shit platinum
I flatten the
Birds when they chirp they be leakin' my work
And like a diamond in the dirt, it just defeats the purpose
Uh, they know my worth, when my hearse dips
From my fuckin' birth on the search for absolution
To those who betray me, Judas is executed
As soon as I went green, make sure to cut pollution
Now the only smog I see is coming from a Swisher Sweet
Old girls hear my shit, say they missin' me
Funny how they claim that now, but just a week ago
They were trippin' over kissing me, it ain't no mystery
Now this is known, I'm like Arabians, next to explode
The coldest flows coming out the melting pot
All the time be aware that your chrome will erode
You'll be alone with no intellect to save your soul
(Someone) take control, I'm on a crash course with death, and I ain't paying tolls
In fact, I'm on a long road, and I don't see an end soon
Once the caterpillar pimps you should study my cocoon
[Hook:]
Now I ain't tryna see your doom
I'm just tryna peep your bloom
From the room, to the tomb
Keep in tune with your roots
(2x)
