Can I get a lot of views even if the song’s bad?
Tell the world I’m a white kid on a rock track
I can flaunt that, rapping on a dubstep drop, yeah?

Or carefully I’ll pair a beat and rewrite the words, crafting a lifeless parody
While constantly coordinating with more impatience
So I can formally create something more formulaic

Than I last created, dawg I know how to make it
Make a mediocre song 'bout some video game faces
Or places just take a bunch of references that you're gonna just
Throw in a rap and make a pun out of every one of 'em

Like if it’s Pokémon, be like "I’m smoking Weedle
I’ll take the needle and sting you, my rhymes are like a Beedrill"
Is it just me, but something about it seems self defeating
Like why are “gangsters” comparing themselves with little creatures?

It’s inevitable, are we not creative no more?
Its taking long to make so don’t be innovative at all
Let’s play it off, as if the primary theme of the song
Is comedic so the overall quality takes a fall

Isn’t this why games like COD are not appealing to us?
From the fact alone that there seems to be no need to evolve
How come I can’t get my integrity to dissolve
So I can live a little better and make a couple of bucks?

This is in regards to the artists who are at a stop
And are content with whatever just to get an upload up
You must know the algorithms and be analytical
If you’re not prototypical, statistically you won’t belong

Some of you are thinking "Yungtown, so hypocritical
He really has no reason to seem miserable at all"
When honestly I’m just a struggling individual
Who hates to see all this potential getting thrown out of the door
