I Still Believe Lyrics by CricketTheGuy

Thinking About Bugs

2023

[Verse 1]
Fuzzy dark figures and odd glowing orbs
Looking to find something more
Unexplained footprints and unexplained sounds
Disappearances near burial grounds
[Verse 2]
Unexplored depths at the bottoms of lakes
Devils created solely just to hate
Dozens and dozens of mysteries left
Horsemen running around without their heads
[Chorus]
I still believe
In monsters and curses and fantasy persons
And I still believe
In moth man and legends and men in the hеdges, yeah
I still beliеve
In shadowy faces, so why's it so crazy that I still believe in you?
(Music, whistling)
[Verse 3]
Yetis and goblins and krakens and Champ
Alien sightings during summer camp
Lizard men impersonating the fuzz
Elder gods sleeping right under the crust
[Verse 4]
Vampires, werewolves, and hordes of undead
Creatures so foul living under beds
Devils in Jersey big feet everywhere
"That's where I saw it, just right over there!"
[Chorus]
I still believe
In monsters and curses and fantasy persons, yeah
I still believe
In moth man and legends and men in the hedges, yeah
I still believe
In shadowy faces, so why's it so crazy that I still believe in you?
[Bridge]
Who wants to live in a world with no wilderness?
I think that's dreaming too drab
Cryptozoology, magical nonsense
The creativity in possibility
Who gives a shit what it's called? I don't care
As long as your mind is open I think we can be friends
Stuck underground in a casket
I'm buried alive!
Life is too short to pretend like we're not gonna die
[Chorus]
I still believe
In monsters and curses and fairytale persons
And I still believe
In moth man and legends and men in the hedges, oh
I still believe
In shadowy faces, so why's it so crazy that I still believe in you?
[Outro]
I still believe (I still believe)
I still believe (I still believe)
I still believe in you
