Let's count the things I want to put in my mouth It's gotta stop eventually before it goes south Maybe I should just try something sweet and fun Like a carrot, a cookie, or (a fucking gun) Perhaps a fictional character's member Or a knife that I can shove (and dismember) So whenever I have any sort of mental drought I'll find things I want to put in my mouth It's quite confusing, and you may not see my point Just listening to sounds as I whimper and yelp How long would it take a person to realize That this whole thing is a cry for help? Or, you know, maybe this whole thing is A farce (A ruse) To keep you (Amused) Maybe you need a little something (To put an end to all this suffering) And your mouth, is it aching too? Well then you know what (You should do) So! Let's count the things I want to put in my mouth It's gotta stop eventually before it goes south Maybe I should just try something sweet and fun Like a carrot, a cookie, or (a fucking gun) I don't know if I'm doing this right I wanna burn my insides, set them alight There is no imagination, there is only a drougth Time to find random shit to put in my mouth Variants and varieties Of what's normal in society What's joked about online And what's snapping somebody's lifeline I need a way to be distracted From the way this life's abstract and Surreal in the way that it chooses to show Memories bounce off - refracted Death and gloom - are attracted But I lack a reason, I don't know (So guys, here we go!) There are things to put in my mouth Stop it before it goes south Won't you let me have some fun?
