[Intro] Come on Let's take them to church now Ha, hey, whoo! The book of Romans, chapter fifteen tells us that We should welcome one another just as Christ has welcomed us And so that is our prayer today, friends That we would be a people whose doors, whose homes, whose hearts are opened wide Even to share the welcoming love of Jesus With all who may come our way To the glory of God, the Father We're gonna sing it like this [Verse 1: Russ Mohr] May the wounded heart find healing and comfort May the troubled mind find shelter from the storm May the lost and the lone find a place, find a home All God's children are welcome here [Verse 2: Russ Mohr] And may the powerless find justice and mercy May the ones who were forgotten now be known May the last and the low find the strength to carry on All God's children are welcome here [Chorus: Russ Mohr] So come to this house Come and be blessed Feast at this table And lay down and rest Come without price Come without fear All God's children are welcome here [Verse 3: Christina Bell] From the north and from the south, we will gather From the east and from the west, we all shout, "Come!" Young and old, rich and poor at the table of the Lord All of God's children are welcome here [Chorus: Russ Mohr] So come to this house (Come and be) Come and be blessed (Feast at this table) Feast at this table (Come on and lay down) And lay down and rest (Oh, you can find rest for your weary soul) Come without price Come without fear (All God's children) All God's children are welcome here [Bridge: Russ Mohr] Come on and say this prayer with me May the doors of this house ever be opened wide And may the peace of Christ And may the peace of Christ our Savior Rest on all who come inside Rest on all who come inside And may our love, joy and laughter fill the atmosphere All God's children are welcome here Oh, come on and sing it again May the doors of this house ever be opened wide And may the peace of Christ And may the peace of Christ our Savior Rest on all who come inside And may our love, joy and laughter fill the atmosphere Come on and sing it [Outro: All] All of God's children (Oh-oh-oh-oh) All of God's children (All of God's children) All of God's children (Everyone of God's children) All of God's children (Come on, come on now) All of God's children (All of God's children) All of God's children (Hey, yeah) All of God's children (Ohhhhh) All of God's children (Are welcome here) All of God's children (Are welcome here) All of God's children (All of God's children) All of God's children (All of God's children) All of God's children (All of God's children) All of God's children (Every man) All of God's children (Hey, yeah) All of God's children (All of God's children) All of God's children are welcome here (Welcome here)
