Case of the Ex Lyrics by Journey Montana

2020

[Intro]
Oh
Yeah (BNYX)
[Verse 1]
Oh, you won't believe who hit me up last night
I just got another text gettin’ on my flight
Yeah, he told me that he missed me and I laughed, that's nice
Girl, I don't even got his number saved, he lost that right
[Pre-Chorus]
So I told him I’ve been doing me
I ain't feeling you
Making bigger moves
Getting over you
Oh, when you think of me
I don't think of you, no
There's nothing you could say
That could make me feel the same 'bout you
I thought that I made myself clear
I'm better off without you here
You made your bed, but it ain't here
Honestly, you need to chill
[Chorus]
Oh yeah, yeah (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
Yeah (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
I won't feel the same ’bout you
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) Yeah-yeah (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
Yeah, ’cause I won't feel the same ’bout you
[Verse 2]
If I were to take you back, take you back
There'd be so much wrong with that, wrong with that
I realized all your insecure thoughts
All your undeserved wants
All your drama, that's your karma, yeah
You're trying too hard when it ain’t nothin' there
It got better soon as you disappeared
So I won't think about it, think about it
Because I won't let you in, not again
[Pre-Chorus]
So I told him I've been doing me
I ain't feeling you (Ooh)
Making bigger moves
Getting over you
Oh, when you think of me (Yeah)
I don't think of you, no (Yeah-yeah)
There's nothing you could say
That could make me feel the same 'bout you (You)
I thought that I made myself clear (Yeah)
I'm better off without you here
You made your bed, but it ain't here (But it ain't here)
Honestly, you need to chill, yeah
[Chorus]
Oh yeah, yeah (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
Yeah (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
I won't feel the same 'bout you
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) Yeah-yeah (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
Yeah, 'cause I won't feel the same 'bout you
[Post-Chorus]
No, no, no, no, no, no, no (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) No, no, no, no, no, no, no
I won't feel the same 'bout you
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah) Yeah-yeah (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
Yeah, 'cause I won't feel the same 'bout you
[Outro]
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
No, no, no, no, no
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
No, no, no, no, no
