Tenerife Lyrics by Luke Stone

Stone Crescent Shenanigans

2018

[Verse 1]
Today is wonderful, it's magical
A golden sandy beach
The sun is shining, paragliding
It's 34 degrees
We're drinking lager tops & whisky shots
Down by the ocean
The girls are topless, they look spotless
Swimming by the sea
And then one looked at me!
[Chorus]
It's September
Where we went last night I don't remember
The sun is shining high
This lovely weather
Tenerife time sun
Tenerife time sun
[Verse 2]
My skin is burning up, don't care because
We're drinking margaritas
It's barely even lunch and I'm getting drunk
On canary island sun
We're on an island where it's never cold, not even for a bit
And when the evening comes we'll go along Veronica's Strip
Veronica!
[Chorus]
It's September
Where we went last night I don't remember
The sun is shining high
This lovely weather
Tenerife time sun
Tenerife time sun
[Bridge]
Memories will not fade
The pictures are all stored on your phone
We're getting on a plane
Tenerife I'll see you soon again
Maybe next September
Where we went that night I won't remember
The sun'll be shining high, this lovely weather
Tenerife time sun
[Chorus]
It's September
Where we went last night I don't remember
The sun is shining high
This lovely weather
Tenerife time sun
[Chorus]
It's September
Where we went last night I don't remember
The sun is shining high
This lovely weather
Tenerife time sun
Tenerife time sun
Tenerife time sun
