No Rules Lyrics by Manicx_x

The Curve

2020

[Intro]
Yeah so im making this album
TO really just show the people like how far ive come and how much ive learnt
I just feel like its a good time to just drop something big, because I feel like im finally finding my sound
I just hope they, they like it
Yeah
Manic
The Curve
No rules
Lets go
Lets go
Lets go
Lets go
[Verse 1]
Gave myself rules at the start but now I dont need them I go from the heart
You better know that Im not being swayed by the trends since I am the place that they start
People thinks there’s a clear a and b
But when we blur the lines we will see
Why is it always you vs me
And not us vs the problems that we’ve actually seen
Such strange times that these seem to be
Everything moves on so quickly
Mass produced Gucci those trendy seams
So why make rules when they change so free
[Chorus]
No rules when I’m making art
No rules when I’m taking part
Why box yourself when you can take paths
To so much unknown that’s yet to be craft
[Verse 2]
Ive always be scared of mistakes
I Tried to be one size fits all but that was a waste
Stepping on egg shells is the only Way you win the race
So I won’t wait
Running through the game at a fast pace
I dont need a lane when im flying through space
Need a poker face but smiling all the same
Gambling addict cause all I do is high stakes
[Chorus]
No rules when im making art
No rules when im taking part
Why box yourself when you can take paths
To so much unknown that’s yet to be craft
[Interlude]
Yeah its just, 2020’s been a mad year
Ive just been able to get so much done
Im still learning, still improving
But I feel like im just miles ahead from where I was at the start of 2020 and 2019
And I feel like its only going to go up from here
[Chorus]
No rules when im making art
No rules when im taking part
Why box yourself when you can take paths
To so much unknown that’s yet to be craft
No rules when im making art
No rules when im taking part
Why box yourself when you can take paths
To so much unknown that’s yet to be craft
