I find this myth both odd and fine
It’s 'bout a king, Sisyphus, the man
Rude and smart—he had a plan
He made the gods both mad and vexed
Thought himself their equal, or perhaps the next
Then gods themselves did intervene
Sisyphus was trapped, his fate unseen
He tricked Death, he chainеd him tight
Paused all deaths, a fearsomе sight
Zeus could not stand this defiance
Came down to set things right in defiance
Here’s what caught my eye
A torment Zeus thought up, oh my:
Sisyphus must roll that stone so high
To the top, to the sky
But as he nears the mountain’s peak
The stone rolls back, and it’s so bleak
It’s his fate for all eternity
A punishment worse than death, you see
But wait, this seems all too familiar
Aren’t we all the same—oh, so peculiar?
We chase meaning, but we're lost
Not in the game, no matter the cost
We get the cash, the wealth, the fame
But still, it’s like we’re playing a game
It doesn’t fill the void we feel
Like the stone rolling back, it’s real
But I’ve got thoughts that make it right
Sisyphus might not mind the fight
Pushes the stone up, just to see
It falls back, but maybe he’s free
If he knows it’s all meaningless
If he sees it’s all just a mess
Whether the stone climbs or it stays low
It won’t matter, for he’ll let it go
So he won’t get depressed or fall
If the stone won’t reach, he’ll stand tall
Cause even if it stays the same
It’s all the same—just part of the game
Now I see, I know it all
Life’s meaningless, but we stand tall
If we know it and stay aware
It won’t bother us, not a single care
One must imagine Sisyphus blissed
When he sees it all, he’ll not resist
That the process is pointless, it’s clear
It’s not a divine goal, no need to fear
