See most of yall may not know this about me
They used to question me bout God, and I highly would doubt it
Until one day a vehicle pushed me right through some housing
Wheelchair bound me for several months, but I made it out it
My God Son in my arms, all I heard was him crying
That split second all I thought was what would life be without him
I wrapped him tight, turned away, and shielded him with my body
He survived without a scratch but, I had to get patched up
Sat for the longest in the hospital depressed
Saw the pictures of the aftermath and
Realized I'm blessed
I am here for a purpose and though I haven't quite learned what
For, pray to the Lord I'm fulfilling my service
Feel like I got wings, Just hope I've properly earned them
If I seem unfitting then I will proudly return them, but
I think I'm good if I may so myself
