XPERIMENTING WITH DRUGS Lyrics by Scrupulous

TWEN2YTHRE3 [DELUXE]

2019

So, I can’t swim
So what do I do when I’m sinking
I’m drowning in the thoughts that I’m thinking I need a genie in a bottle to wish I could settle the thoughts on full throttle
My anti-crazy meds must be skittles
Cus they ain’t making this brain matter less brittle
And the truth is I’ve been nervous on the mic just a little too long
I’m weeding the neurotic garden and unboxing the bong
I’m whipping out the hoodies and all the things I know wrong
Chains, jewellery, book the tattoo salon
Headphones louder than the silence off the planet you’re on
Jeans bagged and sagged
Eyebrows slit and tagged
The image a con, it’s lit
To make you feel tougher than a fight with a yawn
To make you feel fly
So high up the air has gone dry
Cottonmouth, blow cold air when I sigh
Oxygen is lacking, ‘least I’ll be appreciated for like five days when I die
Or they’ll curse my name
With no tears left to cry
Cus of all the lines I snorted into my brain
They never trust me again
They look at me like a curse word, profane
Bitch get the fuck out my lane
‘Fore I blow this puff in your face, this shit rapper strain
Will have you white out, you’ll be catching the train
Lights out, if I push you out the game
I been experimenting with drugs
What’s a loner supposed to do?
Get a hobby? Get fucked!
Yeah I’m switching the flows
Like I switched my nostrils when I put stuff up my nose
Shout out to all you old dealers and all you old bros
Haven’t seen you in a lifetime but that’s just how shit goes
When you be switching the flows
When you be switching the flows
Experimenting with drugs
Experimenting with hoes
Shout out to all the whores that couldn’t keep their legs closed
That’s just how shit goes
That’s just how shit goes
