Orlando unhorsed Griffon
To the ground he did fall
Orlando was free to ride on
To the gate at the next wall
From the gate hung a bell
The bell, the count did ring
Its clang caused the gate
To start opening
It opened into a garden
With a fountain in between
By the fountain stood a maiden
Clothed in bright green
The maiden addressed Orlando
"Sir, you must be most thirsty
After defeating those two knights
Who have kept me prisoner here."
"Why don't you drink some of this water?
It will help to restore your strength."
So she filled a cup from the fountain
And gave it to the count to drink
After Orlando had drunk from the cup
The maiden giggled with glee
"My name is Dragontina, I am a witch!
You are now a servant to me."
Dragontina spoke no falsehood
Orlando's mind became a blur
He forgot all about Angelique
The witch had made him a slave to her
The Count joined Griffon and Aquilant
In serving the witch night and day
They were joined by many more brave knights
Who had come there after losing their way
